At Kizuna Bridge, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information secure. If you choose to delete your account, here’s how we will handle your data:

研究やサービス向上のために、個人を特定できない形で一部のデータ（利用統計など）を保持する場合があります。ただし、これらの情報は個人と結び付けられることはありません。 - 本人確認プロセス：
安全のため、削除手続きの前に本人確認（例：メールアドレスの確認）をお願いする場合があります。 - 処理期間：
アカウント削除のリクエストは、通常5〜10営業日以内に処理されます。処理が完了しましたら、確認メールをお送りします。
アカウント削除を希望される場合は、support@kizunabridge.com 宛に「Account Deletion Request（アカウント削除依頼）」という件名でご連絡ください。

- Learning Progress and Records: Any learning history or progress linked to your account will also be deleted and cannot be recovered once the process is complete.
- Data Retention: Some non-identifiable data (like general usage statistics) may be retained for research and service improvement, but this information will not be connected to you personally.
- Verification Process: For your security, we may ask you to confirm your identity (for example, by verifying your email) before completing the deletion request.
- Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been completed.
