KizunaBridge is a passionate startup on a mission to empower aspiring foreign care workers in Japan. We believe in building strong, meaningful connections — or kizuna — between people, cultures, and opportunities.
Our main product, a dedicated learning app, is designed to help foreign care workers prepare for and pass Certified Care Worker Exam in Japan. With accessible lessons, practice tests, and supportive features, the app makes it easier for users to gain the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.
Whether it’s through training, guidance, or job matching, KizunaBridge is here to support care workers at every step of their journey. We’re not just offering services — we’re building bridges to a better future.
While still in university, I lived in the Philippines for one year. For the first six months, I stayed at an orphanage while working with an NGO that provided poverty support in a rural area of the Philippines. I could only communicate in Tagalog and wasn’t able to teach anything else, which left me feeling frustrated—so I began learning programming. Six months later, I moved to Manila and started my career as an engineer at a Japanese offshore development company. Holding onto my gratitude for the opportunity the Philippines gave me, I started a service in Japan to support foreigners who come here hoping to change their difficult circumstances.
I graduated from Camarines Norte State College in the Philippines, driven by a passion for creating apps that positively impact society. After finishing my studies, I honed my skills as a software developer, building practical solutions. I also nurture a strong interest in technology innovation and AI, exploring future possibilities.
