Description: We will introduce our “Training DX” initiatives, which simultaneously enhance operational productivity and care quality while minimizing the burden of on-site OJT and education for foreign care staff. Our system focuses on enabling staff to efficiently learn the specific Japanese language and caregiving expressions needed on-site through AI-driven dialogue, supporting the “visualization” of training progress and continuous professional growth.
