Overview:

We will introduce our approach to workforce development DX that minimizes the educational and OJT burden on care facilities while simultaneously improving operational productivity and the quality of care.

Our solution focuses on enabling foreign care workers to efficiently acquire practical Japanese and caregiving expressions required in real workplace situations through AI-based interactive learning, while also supporting visualization of learning progress and continuous skill development.
